Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User") and Dušan Pantić ("Operator", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Runqo mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Runqo app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app
• Use the app unlawfully

2. Apple-Specific Terms

If you use the app on iOS:

• This agreement is between you and the Operator, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the app
• Apple has no maintenance or support obligations
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms

3. Nature of the Service

Runqo provides a platform to discover race events and manage participation.

Runqo is not an event organizer unless explicitly stated. Events are operated by third parties.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Account security
• Accurate information
• All activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Event Participation & Assumption of Risk

Athletic events involve inherent risks including injury or death.

By using the Service, you acknowledge:

• We do not control race safety or organization
• Participation is at your own risk
• We are not responsible for injuries, damages, cancellations, or organizer actions

You are responsible for evaluating your physical condition before participating.

7. Sponsored Content

The Service may display sponsored content. This does not constitute endorsement.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully
• Attempt to breach security
• Upload harmful content
• Harass users
• Scrape or copy data
• Impersonate others

9. Intellectual Property

All Service software, design, and branding are owned by the Operator or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant us a worldwide license to use it to operate the Service.

You confirm you have rights to the content.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers including:

• Firebase
• Mapbox
• Hetzner
• Cloudflare

We are not responsible for their services.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY OF EVENT INFORMATION, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS
• INJURIES FROM EVENT PARTICIPATION
• EVENT ORGANIZER ACTIONS
• SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from claims, damages, or legal costs arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Event participation
• Violation of these Terms
• Content you upload

15. Data Loss

We are not responsible for loss of user data.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may delete your account at any time.

17. Service Modifications

We may modify or discontinue features without liability.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia.
